Onboarding Program
As a new member of Tribe Fitness, our objective is to prove our value to you! The only way to do that is to take note of where you currently are, understand where you want to be, determine what might hinder your process and finally give you the tools to allow you to succeed as much as we want you to!!
Our onboarding program looks like this:
1. We sit down and have a free consultation to learn about your goals and your "why". If we think you're experienced enough, we may put you right into group classes. However, if you're new to weights and lifting, you'll be asked to join our one time Onboarding program. This program consists of 6 one on one sessions, 2 Coach guided group classes (where a coach attends class with you to help ease you in) and one month of unlimited group classes, once your sessions are complete.
2. We take your starting measurements and optional "Before" picture. This is a tough thing sometimes, but it will help you see the progress you are making!
3. We put you through a thorough Mobility and Movement Screening, to see what's working well and what may need some additional work.
4. In your one on one sessions, you will focus on learning correct form and movement cues.
5. Answer any questions and give you basic nutritional guidance, to help you learn how and why to eat to maximize results.
