*Group Classes are a strength and conditioning mix. Each workout is programmed weekly to ensure you get a total body mix. We use a variety of equipment and class styles to give you an amazing experience!

Pricing
A FREE Consultation and One on One Onboarding sessions are highly recommended prior to all group classes (if you have prior strength training experience, this may not be needed).
This ensures the safety of our members and determines the right steps to reach your individual goal.

All classes and packages must be purchased through Gym Master and pricing is subject to changes.
Onboarding packages: (these include personal training sessions along with a free month of unlimited classes once personal training is complete)
