If you’ve been on the internet ever, I’m sure you’ve heard of the term “macros.” You might have read people talking about counting their macros, the macros in a healthy meal or the power macros have when it comes to weight loss. They’re a pretty hot topic on Instagram and bodybuilding forums, but don’t just dismiss them on that basis! But what actually are macros?

“Macros” is short for macronutrients: protein, fat and carbohydrates – and fibre, depending on your information sources. They are what make up the energy or caloric content of food. When you look at food labels, the magic number up the top that says calories is the sum of the energy contributed by the macronutrients found in that food.


We teach you about each macronutrient to get a basic understanding, then calculate how many grams of each you need every day and how to meet those needs.

No fad diets, no food restrictions!!

Macro Bootcamps

Before this group macros seemed complicated. Erin made it easy and helped throughout. She taught me that carbs weren’t bad and that I was not eating enough of the right foods which was hurting me. It took a few days but I’m finally in the groove. And I love eating carbs again. 😊

After 4 weeks of strict macro counting, 5-6 workouts a week, and check ins with Erin, I’m down 10 lbs and a total of 10.2 lbs and 13 inches! My clothes fit so much better and I feel stronger and healthier.

I have tried different “diets” over the last few years since I had my second kiddo and nothing ever stuck. I had to change everything I ate and being a picky eater, it’s always been too much work and not enough variety, so I can’t stick to them. 
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up for this group but it has been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time! Once Erin started teaching me about macros and I saw that I could eat the foods that I am used to and how easy it was to be sure that those foods fit into what my body needed for its macros, I can honestly say it has been five weeks and I am still following and tracking my macros and absolutely loving it!
I’ve lost 10 pounds, my body feels more regulated and I finally feel like I have found some thing that will help me change the way I look at what and how much I’m eating instead of restricting the types of foods! I’m understanding what I’m actually putting into my body versus randomly trying to guess at what is healthy for me, my weight and my exercise level.
