More than just a gym...

Tribe Fitness was started in late 2016, by Erin Jennings, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. The purpose of Tribe was to start getting women to see the benefits of strength training and become part of a gym that not only motivates them, but supports them through their entire journey.

Recently, we've expanded our market to both me and women in our classes!!

Our team is dedicated to helping all individuals see their true potential and work to reach goals they never thought they could.

Exceeding Your Expectations

Tribe Fitness offers a variety of services to help meet your needs. We offer group fitness classes, small group training, personal training, Youth Sports Training and nutritional coaching.

Group Fitness

Come check out one of our group fitness classes and see what we are all about. We offer a free consultation and onboarding packages to help you transition in our classes.

Classes never exceed more than 12-14 individuals, so that we can focus on form and safety through out the class. We offer group weight classes as well as conditioning only classes to give you a total body workout.

Our strength & conditioning classes are split into mainly strength with a small conditioning workout at the end.

Small Group and 1:1 Training

Sometime we may not be ready to jump into group classes or we may have a specific goal we want to meet, where individualized training may be a better option.  Small group training is 2-4 members at a time working out to meet those goals and 1:1 is just you and one of our trainers.  Training slots are by appointment.

Youth Sports Training

At Tribe, youth fitness is very important to us.  We have trained youth for specific sports, by learning basic weightlifting, agility and coordination drills. We do group sessions or one on one by appointment only.We also have added 2 Co-Ed Youth MetCon classes for youth in grades 9-12. These MetCon classes are very similar to our small group training but in a larger class setting. They will build strength and endurance in a 30 minute workout with thorough instruction prior to the workout to ensure form and safety.These classes run $10 and are a pay by class through our booking app.

Nutritional Coaching

Tribe nutritional coaching helps to complete the entire health and fitness process. Learn about how and what to eat, to reach your goals and build muscle. We teach you how to follow macronutrients you ensure you are eating the right amount of proteins, fats and carbs to have energy, no matter if you want to lose weight, maintain or gain!
